1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Certenos services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Certenos provides blockchain software development services, including but not limited to smart contract development, tokenization solutions, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure development.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
Use services only for lawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Certenos shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Certenos retains the right to use general knowledge and experience gained during the project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Certenos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blockchain technology involves inherent risks, and clients acknowledge these risks.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
